  • What types of cleaning services do you offer?
    We offer regular cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/out cleaning services for homes, apartments and businesses.
  • How do I get a quote for your services?
    We offer 2 ways to get a custom quote for our services. You can fill out the form on our site under "Get a Quote", or you can reach out to us through our contact page.
  • What days and times are you available for a cleaning?
    Mon-Fri: 7:30am-8:00pm Sat: 7:30am-7:00pm Sun: 7:30am-6:00pm
  • Do you offer any discounts of special promotions?
    All first time clients receive 20% off their first cleaning. We also offer 5% off if you sign up for monthly, 10% off for bi-weekly and 15% off for weekly.
  • How do you handle special requests or instructions?
    You can submit a special request through our "Contact Us" page. Our clients needs is our top priority and we try our hardest to make sure everyones special requests get answered and fulfilled.
  • What products do you use?
    Here at Royal Cleaners we use the cleanest products we can find that still get the job done, which means they are not all eco-friendly. We've found that in order to clean some homes stronger chemicals are needed. However, we do offer an eco-friendly package where we will be sure to use all eco-friendly products on your home or commercial property.
  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    When scheduling a date and time for your cleaning we will give you the option to be there during the cleaning or not. It is not mandatory that you are there, we will just need a key or access details in order to go in and clean the home.
  • Can I request the same cleaner every time?
    Yes, you may request the same cleaner every cleaning as long as they have availability.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We do ask that you cancel within 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you don't there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
  • What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
    We do not offer full refunds unless something happens on our end, but if there is a spot that we miss and you send us a picture then we will happily send our team back out to take care of it at no extra cost to you!
